Levenien has its own sizing system. It normally fits one size smaller than the US size. For example, if you wear size S and purchase an item with size S on our website, you will receive that item labeled size M.
Ornate or delicate pieces are recommended to wash by hand and dry naturally for better maintenance.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your merchandise for a refund. Your returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition it was received. It must have all original tags and stickers intact and must be in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions on how to return for a refund. Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If eligible, refund will be issued back to the original method of payment as quick as possible. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to post on your bank account. Please note we only refund the price of your merchandise plus taxes. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
