Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays.)

- DELIVERY TIME: (Excluding processing time) Standard 3-7 business days. Some areas can take up to 14 days for delivery. (For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow 10-15 business days)

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & CUSTOM CHARGES
Depending on the country, your order may be subject to import duties & taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination outside of the United States. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Payment of any such import duties & taxes is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information so you are aware of exact charges that could potentially be incurred. Levenien does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
Shipping time frames listed above also do not include customs processing delays which we are unable to control.
DELAY
We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays, weather circumstances or other occurrences. In cases such as these, please directly contact the courier with any inquiries about the status of your package.
FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES
In the event that courier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, missing an apartment, suite, floor, etc., unsafe place to leave the package (driver’s discretion), incorrectly refused packages or otherwise, Levenien is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, Levenien is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery and is non-refundable.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Levenien is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event a package is lost or stolen, the receiver will need to contact their local post office to open an investigation. We are unable to move forward until the investigation is complete on the post office end. Kindly note, in some cases, the post office may require a police report to open an investigation.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
There are times when you may see your order status/shipment status showing your order has been delivered but you haven't received it.
All orders are sent with delivery confirmation. With delivery confirmation your package will be scanned and indicated as "delivered" once it is placed in your mailbox. We will not replace or refund customers who claim that their package was not received once the tracking indicates that it was confirmed delivered.
You can ask your local post office how they do it at their branch for your area. Checking with your local post office may help clarify the situation. You can also try asking your local post office to look up the GPS location of the delivery.
PLEASE NOTE:
- During the holiday season processing time may take up to 4 business days due to higher volume.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PT or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
- Once your order shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with a tracking number. You can use this number to find out when your package should be arriving.
- If the merchandise you have selected is out of stock, you will be notified via email and a refund will be issued for the merchandise cost.
- We currently do not ship to PO Box addresses.
- If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, Levenien will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Levenien prior to your order being shipped.
- The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
