Story of the design: Bánh Mì is a popular Vietnamese sandwich made with a crispy and airy baguette, layered with Pâté and Vietnamese-style mayonnaise, and filled with savory ingredients fillings like Chả Lụa (Vietnamese sausage), grilled pork, fresh cucumber, cilantro, chili, and pickled carrot and daikon.
Vietnamese Drip Coffee is a strong, rich coffee brewed slowly through a traditional metal
dripper. It is usually served with sweetened condensed milk, creating a smooth, creamy texture and a rich coffee taste. When served hot, it is known as Cà Phê Sữa Nóng, and when served over ice, it is called Cà Phê Sữa Đá.
Together Bánh Mì and Cà Phê Phin make up a popular breakfast combo for many Vietnamese.
Environmental friendly ceramic coaster works as a placemat for hot or cold beverages, absorbing the water dripping from cups or glasses to keep your tabletop dry and free from water stains.

- Care & maintenance: If the coaster gets dirty, gently wipe it with a cloth or tissue dampened with water. For tougher stains, use a soft brush with baking soda or toothpaste to create a lather and clean the surface. Avoid using steel brushes or abrasive sponges, as they may damage the print on the surface. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Let air dry.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN
Please choose carefully, due to hygiene concerns and the nature of our garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges for intimates such as panties, bottoms, or bodysuits/teddies unless deemed faulty.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind or for an incorrect selection of size.
Please note we do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.
RETURN CRITERIA
- Item/s must have original tags still attached.
- Item/s must be unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused.
- Item/s must be unstained and unperfumed.
- Item/s must be in its original packaging.
- Item/s must be returned to us within 15 days of receiving your order. Any items posted/received after this timeframe may be denied.
- Item/s are not panties, bottoms or a bodysuit/teddy.
- Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are considered Final Sale and will not be eligible for returns.
- We charge a 20% restocking fee for return items. This amount will be subtracted from the refund along with any other charges (missing parts fee).
- We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your returned merchandise is not accepted, it can be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be granted.
- Levenien is not responsible for any lost or damaged items for returns during transit.
- For orders outside of the United States, customers are responsible for import duties & taxes, and other fees associated with their orders.
RETURN PROCESS
To return your merchandise, please email our customer support team at levenienusa@gmail.com. Be sure to include your name, order number and details of the product you would like to return. We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions on how to return for a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If eligible, a refund will be issued back to the original method of payment as quickly as possible. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to post on your bank account. Please note we only refund the price of your merchandise plus taxes. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGE
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for the exchange items.
For orders outside of the United States, customers are responsible for import duties & taxes, and other fees associated with their orders.
If the item you're exchanging costs less than your original purchase, we'll refund you the difference. If the new item costs more, we'll charge you for the difference in price.
